Hi Kent –
I just wanted to let you know that my husband and I are VERY impressed with the service we’ve received from Travelers Insurance. I hit an object in the road on Friday which caused damage to the undercarriage of our Kia. Fortunately, no one was hurt and no other cars were involved. From the minute I contacted them I was treated like a family member, not a customer or a number. Everything has been smooth and efficient with submitting the claim to working with the inspector.
This whole situation could have been a lot worse, and we’re so grateful it wasn’t! Thanks for setting us up with a company that treats us like family. We are impressed with their service and look forward to continuing our relationship with them.
We always hope we don’t have to use our insurance, but boy are we glad we have it!
